The winner is Bid #2.
Only the administrator can add items and define the following fields
Retail Price - Display the Retail Price of the Item
Minimum Bid - lowest bid price allowed for the item
Max Number of Bids - Maximum number of bids allowed for the Item
Max Bids per Bidder - Maximum number of bids allowed for each bidder
Admin Fee - Fee to be PAID by the bidder
The site administrator earns by collecting bid fees (One bid one Fee). Auction ends only when the "Max Number of Bids" is reached or when the administrator decides to close the auction.
